1. Our Commitment

At Prepwize, we want you to be happy with your CA Audit course purchase. We're confident in the quality of our CA Inter Audit and CA Final Audit courses, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy explains when and how refunds work.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We're happy to help with refunds in these situations:

  • You're not satisfied with the course and request a refund within 7 days
  • You accidentally paid twice for the same course
  • There are technical issues preventing you from accessing the course that we can't fix
  • The course content is significantly different from what was described

3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try our courses risk-free: If you purchase a CA Inter Audit or CA Final Audit course through our website and it's not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you've accessed less than 20% of the course content.

This gives you enough time to check out the teaching style, course structure, and see if it's a good fit for your CA Audit preparation. After 7 days or if you've accessed more than 20% of the course, we'll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis - just reach out and explain your situation.

4. What's Not Refundable

Generally, we can't offer refunds for:

  • Courses where you've accessed more than 20% of the content after the 7-day period
  • Mentorship sessions that have already been completed
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (though we'll still consider special circumstances)
  • If you've downloaded, recorded, or shared course materials

That said, if you have a genuine reason, we're always willing to listen and see if we can help.

5. How to Get a Refund

Getting a refund is simple:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp.
  2. Tell us which course you want a refund for (include your order number if you have it)
  3. Let us know why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve)

We'll review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

6. What Happens After Refund

Once we process your refund:

  • The money goes back to the card or account you used to pay
  • It usually takes 7-10 business days to show up (banks can be slow sometimes)
  • We'll send you an email to confirm when it's done
  • Your access to the course will be removed (but you can always purchase again later if you change your mind!)

7. Partial Refunds

Sometimes a full refund might not be the right solution. We may offer partial refunds if:

  • You've accessed a good portion of the course but ran into issues
  • You bought a bundle but only one course didn't work for you
  • There's a specific situation where a partial refund makes sense

Just talk to us and we'll figure out what's fair.

8. If We Cancel a Course

If we ever need to cancel or discontinue a CA Inter Audit or CA Final Audit course you've enrolled in (which is very rare), you'll get a full refund or the option to switch to another Audit course of similar value. We'll make sure you're taken care of.

9. Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment, please reach out to us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're usually able to resolve things quickly and it's much easier for everyone. If you file a chargeback without talking to us first, we may need to temporarily suspend your account until it's resolved.

10. Special Situations

Life happens, and we get it. If you have a special circumstance (medical issues, family emergencies, etc.), reach out to us and explain your situation. We're reasonable people and we'll do our best to work with you.

11. Policy Updates

We might update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. The updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
